Education helps a person to become knowledgeable and skilled, and it also enables a person to become aware of his or her responsibilities and rights. It broadens one's perspective and allows them to view the full universe. It gives us the ability to combat corruption, injustice, and a wide variety of other ills that plague our society. Therefore, the learning of all learners, regardless of age or stage, must be protected at all times. There have been a lot of studies done on how instructors feel about including impaired students in regular classrooms, but there haven't been nearly as many done on how middle school administrators and teachers feel about including students with disabilities in their setting. “The purpose of this study was to investigate the inclusion mentality of school administrators and teachers, as well as to determine whether or not there is a correlation between factors such as years of experience, gender, level of work with students with disabilities, role in education, age, highest degree, number of special education classes taken in college, and expected lengths of education. Children with disabilities are considered to be included in an inclusive classroom when they study alongside their typically developing classmates. An inclusive classroom treats students with disabilities as equal collaborators, both inside the classroom and across the rest of the school community. It was clarified that an inclusive setting is not limited to an educational placement, since this is how mainstreaming is commonly understood to be. This ensures that students with a high and low incidence of disabilities get the same high-quality education as their non-disabled classmates.
