Abstract

A wide range of management theories and research projects have been conducted to explore the interrelationships that exist between businesses, the employees who work for those businesses, and the customers who use those businesses' services. An integrated framework that incorporates significant ideas, causal processes, and several levels of analysis is required for this body of work. This framework is required because it is necessary. It is possible for your organisation to get services of a constant and high-quality by using Service Management. A proactive and strategic strategy is used when it comes to the governance of information technology. This method involves IT acting as an intermediary between service providers and significant stakeholders in the process of defining and stimulating the development of the corporation. When it comes down to it, service management can be defined as a set of actions and responsibilities that are carried out by an organisation with the intention of delivering high-value services to both customers and users.
