Abstract

This paper examines the growing role of AI-driven virtual assistants in India's e-commerce sector and their impact on customer satisfaction. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques, virtual assistants provide personalized shopping experiences, manage customer queries, and assist with order tracking. The study highlights the implementation of AI-driven chatbots by leading Indian e-commerce platforms and evaluates their effectiveness through customer feedback and interaction analysis. The challenges of deploying virtual assistants in India, including language diversity and user trust, are discussed, along with recommendations for future improvements.
